Pre-vaccination puppy home visits
One to one puppy training is held in your garden or home environment.
Getting a new pup can feel like having a new baby in the household, its a big responsibility and we want to make sure we get it right from the beginning.
This home visit is designed for puppies who have not been fully vaccinated and are not ready to go out on walks.
We cover all the basics to get you off to the very best of starts. House training, puppy biting, sleep routine, jumping up, play, preparing for lead walking and recall.
We are there to answer any questions or worries you have on training behaviour, feeding and health.
This comes with supporting e books and email and telephone support as required.
Price; 1 Hour session £50

Puppies First Training Group -Puppies are go!
Puppies first group classes, it is like going off to puppy school for the first time!
This group is design for pups from 12 weeks old.
It is your puppy's time to meet new people and other dogs.
Building on their learning so far to the next stages of lead walking, recall etc while there are distractions.
We are aware this can be overwhelming, so we ensure this is done in a gentle way ensuring all individuals are feeling comfortable with the situation.
Our groups are normally a maximum of 6 dogs, with 3 fully qualified trainers, our assistants are fully insured, and first aid trained.
We ensure that everyone is given the time and support they need.
Wagtail training groups are held in our purpose-built dog training facility, in our fully enclosed fenced field, with a large undercover area, to give shade or shelter from the weather. We have real grass alongside a big astro turfed area, for those times it gets muddy we can avoid that mud.
There is seating for family members who wish to come along as well.
We also have some areas that are more private for those pups that find it a little hard to start with.
The reason we love our training facility, Ipswich Dog Training Academy, is because it is like the real world of walks, yet it is a safe space for pups.

What can you expect from the session?
The content includes.
- Basic cues like, sit, go to bed.
- Crate training (if required)
- Greeting people and other dogs appropriately
- Nice lead walking
- recall
- Household doggy manners and calmness
- Life skills
- Listening to your cues even when excited
- Appropriate socialisation skills
- Self-control cues like wait /stay until released.
- Lifetime Access to Members Area
- Confidence building
- At the end of the sessions for those that wish, its puppy play time! *where appropriate* this is a great opportunity for your pups to be socialised and make new friends.

4 Sessions of an hour each is £100
8 sessions of and hour each is £190
